Those clever bastards...
I walked by this image everyday for about two weeks before I finally got what it was. Turns out that the "what" was in fact really funny and I (really really) hate to say this, but I really did "LOL" on the sidewalk when I figured it out.

Awww... Someone beat me to it. I've been thinking about a bunch of clever things to do, but I think these guys win with famous Bill's. My ideas include posting:
- pictures of people who aren't named Bill (no Bills)
- a single picture of 1 Bill (no Bill's, but 1 Bill allowed)
- stacks of receipts (not bills)
